Vitamin C Berry Booster
Prep time: 5 min
Servings: 2 cups
2 c. greens (spinach, kale, dandelion greens)
1 apple, diced
½ c. pineapple chunks
1 orange, peeled
2 Tbsp. nut butter
1 c. coconut water (or non dairy milk)
1 c. frozen berries
Layer all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above (with greens on the bottom) and mix till smooth.
