Smart Body Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient facilities in Northeast Florida. Come and join us as we pioneer through pelvic health physical therapy! Primarily located in the Jacksonville area.
The best candidate for this role will be a team player, who has a strong interest in pelvic health. Manual therapy and orthopedics skills are also highly valued in our practice. We use state of the art Biofeedback equipment in the treatment of our pelvic health patients. We would be thrilled to get you trained up if you have a passion for pelvic health. If you do not have experience in this area, but know you love it and want to develop it, we are happy to mentor and train.

- We specialize in women’s health and pelvic health.
- Flexible schedule, but must be planned in advance.
- Must have strong communication skills for communicating with staff and with patients.
- Strong knowledge of exercise and fitness or willingness to learn in this area, must be willing and able to demonstrate various activities for patients. Can include getting on and off of the floor, lifting, carrying and bending frequently.
- Maintain treatment area, assist with rooming patients, prepare patient for treatments, prepare facility for patient according to upcoming therapies likely going to be rendered.
- Works directly under the supervision of a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, assists in the general operation of the physical therapy practice, which specializes in pelvic health, manual therapy and outpatient orthopedics.
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as completing necessary paperwork, managing phone calls, effectively communicating between clinicians and patients, scheduling patients according to their plan of care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 – $12.00 per hour
