We are participating with most major health insurance plans. Below, you will see links to the website of many of our accepted plans. If you do not see your health insurance plan listed please call our office for details about how you can still use your health insurance benefits to cover your physical therapy needs. Getting a Referral

You may ask your physician for a referral to physical therapy. In the state of Florida, a physician referral to physical therapy is not required. You may self-refer to physical therapy for up to 21 days, depending  on your insurance plan. If continued physical therapy is needed, your physical therapist can help attain a referral from your physician.
