Smart Body University

A series of community lectures intended to educate you about your body, how it works and what to do to prevent injuries! We started this series as a part of our mission to, not only treat pain and musculoskeletal injuries, but also, help people understand the "why" behind the pain or injury they are experiencing. This series is completely free to our patients and the public. We hope that you will RSVP prior to attending as seating is limited! Hope to see you there!

Bladders and Bras, Oh My!
Date and Time: Tuesday, February 21st, 2012 at 7pm

Laura Bunso Bittencourt, PT

Let "Smart Body U" answer some challenging personal questions:

  • Is your "pooch" NOT your 4-legged friend? Why won't it go away?
  • Does your bra strap leave an indentation on your shoulder?
  • Do you "leak" when you sneeze or laugh?
  • Have you tried Kegels but still have bladder problems?
  • Did your mom tell you to go to the bathroom before leaving the house, just in case? Not a good idea...

A representative from Dillard's will also be here to assist you with bra fittings.
