"I had constant lower back pain. I could not stand for long periods of time. My lower back was not as strong as it should be. It was very frustrating when I did physical activity and afterwards I had pain in my lower back. I also did not have correct posture. After Smart Body Physical Therapy now my lower back pain is all gone. I can stand for long periods of time without lower back pain. "I have had a bladder problem for years and my doctor could not help me. They tried all kinds of pills to stop me from wetting myself before I could get to the toilet. Nothing worked. They told me about the exercises, but I was not working the right muscles. After Smart Body Physical Therapy I am dry again after about 8 treatments! I can now hold my urine and I don't have to take medicine for it anymore. This is really a great thing for me."
